Hey Rattlers as spring sports continue to heat up, both athletes and fans have plenty to celebrate. With standout performances across baseball, soccer, softball, and track, here’s an update on how each team is performing this season.
Baseball – Varsity
The Reagan Varsity Baseball team is on an impressive run with a 12-3-2 record. Their season is far from over, as they are still competing and pushing towards a potential playoff spot. The next game is tonight, April 1, at 7:15 p.m., against LEE High School. With their strong track record, the team is looking to continue their winning ways.
Boys Soccer – Varsity
The Varsity Boys Soccer team wrapped up their season with an 8-3-4 overall record. Unfortunately, their playoff journey was cut short with a record of 1-1-3 in the postseason. While the team is no longer in season, their effort and dedication throughout the year have earned them recognition for their hard work.
Girls Soccer – Varsity
The Varsity Girls Soccer team had a stellar 15-4-3 regular season. Unfortunately, their playoff run ended in the first round, but they showed resilience and skill throughout the season. Despite their early exit from the playoffs, the team’s remarkable performance this year has showcased their talent and determination.
Softball – Varsity
The Varsity Softball team has been dominant, remaining undefeated with a 15-6-0 record. They are one of the top teams in the area. Their next game is tonight, April 1, at 7 p.m., against Madison High School. With the season still in full swing, fans are eager to see how far this incredible team can go as they chase a championship.
Track and Field – Boys and Girls
The Reagan Track and Field teams are gearing up for the NEISD District Track Meet, taking place on April 2 and 3. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams have talented athletes ready to compete and showcase their skills.
With the baseball and softball teams still in action and track athletes preparing for the district meet, the spring sports season is far from over.
