- Kamala Harris – (Democrat) Harris was elected as California’s U.S. Senator in 2017 and is now running for the 2024 presidential election.
- Jill Stein – (Green Party) Stein is running as the independent party nominee in the 2024 presidential election.
Here’s what you need to know about the 2024 Texas Senate Races:
- Ted Cruz – (Republican) Cruz was first elected to the senate in 2012 is now rerunning for Texas Senate Chair in this year’s senate election.
- Colin Allred – (Democrat) Allred is a former attorney general and is running for Texas Senate Chair in this year’s senate election.
