The school’s football program wrapped up spring practice on May 13 with the much-anticipated annual Green versus White game, where Team White defeated Team Green 22–7, marking a successful end to a productive spring season.
Coaches and players alike are enthusiastic about the progress made over the past several weeks, with many athletes showing significant development on both sides of the ball.
“Heading into spring, we had some important spots to fill on the offensive line, and we’ve identified several players who are ready to step up when the season starts,” Coach Preston Meyer said.
Entering the season with several key positions to fill, Meyer said he was “very pleased to report that multiple players have emerged as strong candidates and are poised to make a meaningful impact when the fall season arrives.”
While the official spring session has ended, the evaluation process continues.
“Our coaches will keep evaluating the team as we head into summer and fall practices,” Coach Meyers said.
As the team transitions into summer training, excitement is building for what promises to be an engaging and competitive fall season. The coaching staff is confident in the team’s direction and eager to begin the next phase of preparation.
