The annual Powderpuff football game took place on May 1 at the school soccer field, with the junior and senior girls facing off in a fun and competitive 7-on-7 match. The senior girls came out on top, winning the game 28-18.
Senior wide receiver Sahara Green made several big plays and shared her thoughts after the win.
“It felt amazing to be out there with my friends and score for our team,” she said. “We all worked hard and had lots of fun playing.”
Senior football players coached the senior team, while the junior team was coached by junior football players.
