Name: Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society
Purpose: To promote the interest, enjoyment, and excellence of math throughout Reagan.

Events: Many fun and unique events typically held and themed around a holiday. This includes Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Pi Day.
Meetings: A general meeting is held once every month.
Requirements to Join: Have taken four or more semesters of math classes or atleast one semester of Pre-AP or AP Calculus; be enrolled in a GT, Pre-AP, or AP math class at the time of application; and have a 87.0 unweighted average in all math classes.
Requirements for Members: Mantain an 87.0 unweighted average in all math classes; Take atleast three academic tests and attend three events per semester, both having to be aproved by the organization; and attend all general meetings.
Dues: $35 for new inductees and $25 for returning members.
