The yearbook class will hold club photo day on two separate days this year to help with efficiency during the busy yearbook season.
The days will be on Jan. 20, and Feb. 12, and the yearbook adviser will send a SignUpGenius link to faculty for sponsors, advisers and coaches to reserve a time slot. Space is limited on both dates.
Sign-up instructions:
- Groups under 40 students: Sign up for one 15-minute slot.
- Groups 40–100 students: Sign up for two consecutive 15-minute slots (30 minutes).
- Groups 100+ students: Sign up for three consecutive 15-minute slots (45 minutes).
Sponsors will be given hall passes to distribute to students. They are responsible for directing students to the auditorium five minutes before their designated time slot, designate a meeting spot to assemble the group, and ensuring all students arrive on time in tallest to shortest order to help maintain the schedule.
“Adding an extra day helps us get more clubs, organizations and teams featured in the yearbook while still keeping the process organized,” Yearbook Adviser Elizabeth Perez said. “Being prepared and on time helps the day run smoothly for everyone.”
